Mildly hot fruits on prolific plants. This heirloom variety from Greece is sweet, crunchy and only mildly hot-great for pickling, salads and salsas but tasty fresh too. The plants are prolific and productive, even in cooler, short-season areas, yielding fruits that grow to be about 4" long by 1" wide.

This is the pepper most commonly found pickled and in salad bars or sandwich shops. It is similar to the Sweet Banana pepper because both peppers are slightly sweet and tangy, but the Pepperoncini brings a little bit of heat

PRO TIP: WHEN PLANTING IN CONTAINER OR RAISED BED ADD 1 TBSP OF EPSOM SALT AND ORGANIC FERTILIZER INTO THE SOIL.
