PLANT - STRAWBERRY: SEQUOIA

Junebearing (but everbearing in mild climates). Strawberries need at least 8 hours of full sun each day, and they prefer slightly acidic soil with a pH between 5.5 and 6.8. The ideal time to plant strawberries is after the threat of frost is past in early spring, usually late March or early April. Do not plant where tomatoes, peppers, or potatoes have grown in the last two years to avoid root disease problems. A balanced (10-10-10) fertilizer should be added just before planting your strawberry plants.
